If you haven't measured your bust for more than half a year, please re-measure as follows to find the correct size.

Step 1 Find Your Bust Size

Wrap the measuring tape somewhat loosely around the fullest part of your chest(at nipple level)

Step 2 Find Your Band Size

While Braless or wearing a Non Padded Bra, Measure around the bottom of the band, Directly Under Your Bust. The measuring tape should be level and very snug.

Step 3 Calculate Your Bra Size

You use your bust size to minus your band size.

Bend down your body to 45 degree and move the bra band to fit your underbust. Make your breasts just right in the cups.

Pull the back closure down to set it at a same level with the bra band in the front.

Hold the spilled fat from your back to where below your armpit with your hands, to make sure it's held right into the cups.

Adjust the straps to a proper length, to make your nipples set on the middle of the cups.

Shake your arms or move your body, if you feel your beasts stay in place, that's done. If not, keep adjust the bra until they do.
